Cheri Asks:
Hi Lucid! I thought of a question while I was posting my comment this morning. Why is it that we get chills when someone or something is nearby? (Like a ghost)

Lucid’s Thoughts:
Hi Cheri! All living things have an energy body/field, and most spirits/ghosts/entities have their own energy field as well. Like a magnet, it pulls and interrupts our natural flow. The chills are a physical reaction to this interruption. When the sensory nerves are triggered by a change in your environment, whether it is electrical or temperature, they release signals to the spine. So, even though we may not see anyone, our body lets us know they are there. (And unless there is an open window in the house. )

I hope this answers your question. Thanks for writing in!
