When Anger & Regret Totally Consumes Your Life.
Jessica Asks:
When anger and regret has totally consumed your life and makes you a very miserable person what can you do to alleviate this? Wow big order here lucid!
Lucid’s Thoughts:
Jessica, anger is an emotion that shows itself when our hurt has not been dealt with. Your regrets are events that may or may not have taken place in your life. And, if given the chance, you may do things a little differently.
My suggestion to you is buy a notebook. List the regrets you have and face them one at a time. We can not go back, we can only move forward. Try and understand why these events took place in your life and forgive. Forgive yourself and others!

I do believe the only way to move foward threw your regrets is to do it one thing at a time. I know that has worked for me. Adventually these things start lifting up and you feel much better with yourself.

I just finished reading Jessicas’s question and I think Lucid and Danielle have a good handle on that question. It’s very good advice. Thanks to the both of you!

I say it is never too late to forget the past and move forward. It won’t be easy, but it is possible!

Every step you take towards your final breath on earth good or bad is a stepping stone to who we will become in the future. I have no regrets. I feel everything has happened as it is written for me. The only thing it can do is make you wiser and more aware for the next battle.
