What is the difference between Religion and Spirituality?

Stan, that is a good question. People tend to get the two confused. Religion is a belief system. Under this complex umbrella are the concerns regarding the existence of the divine, and the involvement and/or influence it has in our human lives. Spirituality is of the soul. It is the relation and balance between the mind and spirit. It is the thoughts, that turn into feelings and/or emotions, that are then absorbed by the soul, thus becoming a part of you.

The two can coincide and exist hand in hand, or it could be experienced separately.
