Due to the fact that I believe most of us will experience reincarnation, I also believe we are all on different levels of development.
After the soul transits to the spirit world, there is an adjustment period. It is at this time when we will reflect back on the lessons learned or failed, and then we go through an evaluation.
There will be choices set before you, and according to the outcome of the evaluation, you will make a new plan for your upcoming life and the lessons you will experience. Some of the lessons from the previous life may need to be repeated if you did not do so well the first time.

To answer your question Angela, it is my belief that “most” of us will come back at least twice. I feel that it would be almost impossible to learn all that we need to learn in one life time which averages about 70 human years.
