Tears are the Physical Form of Emotion
Tears are the physical form of emotions.
Some of our actions are generated by emotions. For instance, a door being slammed when pissed. However, this is just a reaction; a result from that emotion.
Every drop of tear represents, and contains an individual emotion. Whether it be happiness and joy, or sadness, grief, anger etc. The emotion manifests itself by creating that droplet of liquid.
The make up of a tear:
The emotion itself, the physical components from the body, and the intense feelings that derive from the depths of the soul.
A tear is shown….. Mind, Body, and Soul!
My tears are the physical form of my spirit!

Sounds like you associate the emotions or feelings closely with spiritual life. Me too, to an extent. But some emotions don’t seem so spiritual – even some tears… for example, of frustration, rage, or indignation. So it’s seemed to me that some important distinctions exist in the emotional realm.

Hello Paul- Good morning!
Yes, there are different levels of emotions, I agree, and I do tie in my emotions to my spiritual side. I do this because all of my emotions effect my spiritual status.
When I am happy and at peace, so is my soul. When I am angry (red in the face) I feel it in my soul as well. And, I know when my level of emotion is tilting to the unhealthy side, my vibrational level lowers too.
Spirituality has many levels as does our emotions, and just like our emotions, our spiritualty is not only about the good aspects
(This is my opinion of course)
Thanks for your addition and have a wonderful day!

Good morning, Lucid…
My tears led me here this morning.
I must say, I agree whole heartedly. The tears that I cry are filled with my Spirit. They are filled with all things that are parts of my life. They are a silent language all of their own.
I was just reminded that somewhere is a saying that God keeps all of our tears in a bottle. Perhaps that is because She doesn’t want any of Her/Our essence to go unaccounted for – unacknowledged….even if we’ve gone unseen.
Thank you for this post. It has brought healing to me.

Hi Lucid,
I think tears are empowering. We are releasing what is holding us back. Emotion is a wave moving through us, just like an ocean changes current. We should embrace tears and thank God that we are able to let go.
Great post.

HI GRACE!!!
How are you? You have been in my thoughts!
I loved the way you said this: …
“They are a silent language all of their own.”
That says so much for the deep level in which they represent!
I am glad you were able to come here and find healing. Welcome back!
Thank you for your beautiful addition!

Good afternoon Alexys!
Tears are empowering. Some people (Usually men, no offense) find tears to be a sign of weakness or femininity…..
I think it shows great strength to be able to allow emotions to present themselves through tears. To me, that says alot about one’s character.
Tears of joy are the best though
Thanks for your thoughts, and have a good evening!

Good Evening Mark!
You know, I speak of tears…. I am not a cryer per say. It takes alot to get me to that point. This is why I personally hold such respect for them when they do come, so yes, they can be an overflow of an emotion.
Have a super night!!!
