Rhythm of the Breeze
As I closed my eyes, I felt the warm brush of the wind against my face. The breeze pushed through my hair as if it were a hand caressing me. Persuading me with its passion, I turned toward the direction from which it came, and I reached to touch it. I put my hand out to be greeted, and embraced I was.
Swaying back and forth, I was being massaged by the hypnotic rhythm of the breeze. My hips shifted side to side as my torso rotated in a circle; arms up and positioned tight, I was dancing with the wind.
Spinning with freedom, my spirit came to life. The energy that flowed through my body was almost unbearable. Every cell of my being was filled will an unstoppable flow of unconditional love and acceptance.
My head followed seconds behind each movement of my body. It felt as if I were drunken by wine. My abundant heart was pounding hard, yet my feet moved effortlessly.
It wasn’t long before I felt the ground beneath me fall. I had begun to float towards the sky. Higher and higher the wind lifted me.
I became weightless, but at the same time, the intensity was crippling. I just wanted to break out of my skin. I wanted to be with out boundaries; without limitations!
With every breath I took, I shed more and more of my physical body until finally, I became one with the wind!

That incredible lightness of being you describe reminds me of the sense of freedom one can experience through astral dreaming. We can also savor this in peaceful meditation and through sharpening skills many humans forget they have. Its wonderful you remind people of their own inner abilities!

Good morning Liara!
I believe most of our dreams, if not all are “Astral” , and the awareness of this travel is lucid dreaming. To be aware of your state of mind.
Mediation can be like a dream, yet your awake. I wonder if they could consider that a form of lucid dreaming. I know the alpha & beta waves are similar to the dream state through out different times of the mediation session. Hmmmm
Have a great day!!!!!

That was beautiful! “Without boundaries, without limitations.” Yes! I felt as if I was experiencing it right along with you. I thought of you as Wind Dancer as I read it. Wind Dancer is a wonderful spiritual name.
I’ve experienced Astral Projection dreaming, with distinct recall upon waking.

Wow Mother Winter Moon, that is a lovely name : Wind Dancer…. gosh I think I will take on that name. I love the wind. Most of my meditations are me in the wind either riding on a horse, flying like an eagle, or just standing in the middle of a wind storm. Boy you hit the nail on its head!!!
Thank you!
Have a great night MWM

Hi Lucid.
People have been known to astral dream while awake. It redefines the idea of being able to be in more than one place at once! Imagine your body is on one place and your spirit is elsewhere, yet still aware of the whereabouts of the physical body.

Lucid,
Ride with the wind to the ocean of love and mercy – - to the place where you can be immersed in the oneness of the universe.

I love the feeling that you described. It has been too long since I have experienced this.

Good morning Liara!
This is such an interesting subject. I wonder how the brain waves measure differently when astral traveling.
Be well!
