Perseverance
We need to have self perseverance to survive. We walk down the path of life barefoot; hoping that we won’t step on any sharp rocks. As we walk down this path, we are sure to step on, or be stopped by, all kinds of things. Some of them will be pebbles, while others will be boulders.
Occasionally these road blocks will require you to learn a strategy in order to get around, through, or over them. You can bet your dollar, that most of them will spring up on you with little or no warning. You need to be prepared and ready, for anything life may put before you on your path.
Getting past these obstacles can be difficult at times. It is all in the know how, and it all starts with you; every decision, every choice, and the result from which you had acted on.
Having a strong sense of self is a natural shield that protects us from our self, and the wrong decisions we may make other wise. Once you have become aware of what you want and need out of life; you gain focus.
With self respect and love as your judging guidance, choices that you make will be thought out carefully and have your best interest at heart. No one can make the right decisions for you better than yourself.
Lucid’s Thoughts:
You need to lead in life, not follow.
You need to know and understand that we are all unique individuals; it is that, which separates us from each other, and it is beautiful.
Love yourself for who you are. Know and understand that there will be mistakes and imperfections; with out them, we would never grow.
When others try to down your thoughts, your feelings, your life; release them.
When others envy, damage or destroy; release them.
Forgive those who try to place harm unto you. Forgive them for not knowing enough about themselves to respect their own, and not hurt others.
Forgive those who are weak, who prey on those who are weaker, in order to feel strong.
Be patient with yourself, so that you may learn. Be patient with those around you, so that they may learn.
Be respectful with your thoughts, feelings and actions, so that you will be respected.
Be honest with yourself, so that you can be truthful.
Keep your mind calm and quite, so that you can hear the angels when they speak.
Love is the food that keeps the soul alive; both yours and mine.
When your mind, body and soul are strong, no-one person, nor any given situation can knock you down.

Lucid,
It’s survival of the fittest. Our spiritual survival is the key to everything. If we remember the law of cause and effect too, what we do comes back to us, so why not put out as much love and good will as possible and enjoy the onslaught. We have to lead the way to our spiritual freedom.
Annie, I see a blue background and then it turns white. Maybe it’s your browser?

Good evening Alexys!
You are so on cue. We must be the ones to lead ourselves into spiritual freedom. I like the way you said that.
And our best bet is doing it positively and with love!
Thank you for your addition!

I think teenagers have it especially hard. This is a time when they are vulnerable to alot of things. It is a time when they are developing that sense of self and they must keep going no matter what.

I try to do everything in my power to move forward threw the storm with my head held high. I am very respectful of myself and others. I guess that means I am doing ok.

HI Cheri, I agree with you. I think those teenage years are/were some of the hardest for me. There is so much going on and trying to figure it all out can be a challenge. I think with a good support system, friends and/or family, make all the difference.
Thank you for your thoughts!

Welp Randy, I would say it sounds like you ARE on the right track! The key is to keep going forward. If we get caught up in the past, we may miss what is in the present…
Be Well!
