There is a need to stay aware and stay in the moment. As far as meditation, it can be taken either way. Some people take this practice very serious. It becomes a way of life for them. Then there are others, like me, who do it on an as need basis. It all depends on the person. Don't let it be a turn off. Just do whats right for you! Thanks for sharing!
