Recently my sisters best friend hung herself. She was the same age as me (34). When I was at the funeral I could feel her there laughing out loud like a child. I almost thought she was maybe glad to see so many people mourning over her. Two weeks later she visited me in my room and I heard her call out my name softly. I have never seen a spirit. Lucid have you? I can only feel them there strong like a force that overcomes my body and mind.

To answer your question, yes I have seen spirits. I have witnessed them mostly in transit, but they have manifested. As for your sister’s friend. I am truly sorry to hear that she took her life. It is one of the hardest situations to deal with.

The best thing that you could do for her spirit is to pray for her peace. If she tries to contact you, just pray for her. When a person commits suicide, they have a long road of healing ahead of them, and they must not be distracted by the living.

If you feel her intense energy, say a prayer and put up a protection. Being in the presence of a lower vibration spirit can be quite uncomfortable.
