How Can You Redeem Your Soul?
Paige Asks:
How can you redeem your soul?
Lucid’s Thoughts:
To redeem something basically means to improve or save that which has dwindled from its prior state of health. To redeem a diminishing or broken soul would depend on what caused it to decline in the first place.
A good start would be to recognize what has caused this dilemma and begin to work towards forgiveness and guidance. In doing so, be patient with yourself and understand that we all suffer afflictions. The important thing is to take what positive you can from the situation and discard the rest. We are all here to learn from our mistakes. In this life you must keep moving forward. If you dwell in the past, eventually that is where you will stay. I believe part of a redemption is the willingness to accept what has happened with responsibility, and when warranted, rectify your mistakes.
Good luck while on your journey!!!

Lucid,
You are so right my friend. Recognizing why your Soul is such a state is a big start. Then you can start to rebuild what has been torn down. Sometimes it takes a huge overhaul, but at least one can get there.

Apologizing, genuine remorse, truly knowing your responsibility in the events that happenned, not repeating te behavior, making amends… I think all that redeems your soul as well to a certian degree.

Hello Ladies!!!
Thank you for your additions! I think the first few steps are recognition, understanding, acceptance, and forgiveness…. Not always the easiest task, especially when your in the middle of the situation etc.
Wishing you both a blessed day!!!!

Redeeming the soul sounds alot like Calling Back the Soul.
Along with forgiveness and all those other wonderful things you mentioned, Lucid, I have experienced a tremendous benefit from literally calling back my ’soul’ (or energy) from another via a meditation which I visualized this ‘umbilical’ chord of sorts joining me and the other person. After forgiving and releasing the other with love, I pictured their energy – as a specific color – flowing out of me back to them via this ‘umbilical’ chord.
Then, I pulled my own energy – a different color – back to me from them, again, using the chord. When I felt all of my energy was returned, I pictured the chord dissolving – leaving just a point of light where it entered each of us. Then POOF!

One idea to consider is to learn to express unconditional love and forgiveness. This would imply you recognize no reason exists to redeem your soul. Why not evolve to accept everything about yourself? We are all pure energy and light.

Good morning Grace!!
Yes, I have heard of this technique. They say it should been done anywhere from feeling tired or stressed straight up to recalling it from someone who may be holding onto it for their own selfish reasons.. Believe it or not, there are alot of energy suckers out there.
Thank you for mentioning this. It is a good way to stay whole. When we leave too much of ourselves out there, we leave ourselves vulnerable to anything.
Thanks again!

HI Laira!
Love and forgiveness is a major part of moving on. One should love and accept themselves fully!. I think for some, there is a longer process. I know some people in my life that can achieve this quite easily, and some who are not ready to love and live; they havn’t learned how.
Again, I think it may be because we are all on different levels of development. It is like school. We have to go through the grades in order to learn and graduate. Some of us are Freshmen , while others are Juniors etc. Because of this, I feel that we/those who are a little more advanced should show the others how…. kind of lead them if you will.
Thank you for your addition!!!
