Do you think it is possible to astral project and visit someone who is alive?

I do feel we can visit the living, but it is not as common and more difficult. The living have a system of protection against invaders. They have their guides, angels, and the respectful spiritual laws protecting them at all times.

We should not roll up on someone if your visit is not wanted. Since most of our successful travels happen while we are asleep, some control is lost. Permission should always be granted before you try this. Think of it this way, you would not want someone just walking into your home without an invitation right? Well the same applies here.
