On a spiritual level, are animals a lower life form?

Lucid’s Thoughts:
It is my opinion, that those in the animal kingdom, are actually on a different, but high spiritual level. When we volunteer to come to earth. We do so because we need to learn and advance. We need to purify our soul so that we can stand in the light of God/Higher Power and not crumble for all eternity.

Animals may have hardships, it is all part of being on the earth, but they do not suffer the emotional turmoil in the sense that we do. We have obsticals set before us that will either make or break us; mentally, physically and spiritually. Animals are not challenged the way humans are. The levels in which they are on, do not require such afflications.

So my answer to you would be; though as humans, we are considered to be the highest life form because of our intellect, communication, morals and values, animals are not a lower “life form spiritually” and therefore should be respected in all aspects.
