Sorry for the delay in the update! So much has happened since last I wrote to you. Moriah did come home from the hospital after the first bout of fever. She has completed her second round of chemo with flying colors and was feeling spectacularly last weekend.

She went to a local Relay for Life with some fellow church members, had a sleepover at Grandma’s house, and she went to her school picnic.

Despite feeling so well, she is back in the hospital. She had a mild fever and the chills, and her doctors thought it would be best if she went in for more observation and testing.

Turns out she has a blood infection and the type will hopefully be determined tomorrow. For now, she remains on several kinds of antibiotics and will be in the hospital for an undetermined amount of time.

She is doing as well as can be expected in keeping her spirits up and has Spiderman and her Nintendo DS to keep her company.
