Can Spirits Move Things?

Are the spirits from across the veil able to move things?
Lucid’s Thoughts:
The answer to your question is yes, spirits or entities do have the ability to move things in our physical world, but it not as common as one would think.

It seems that you had several people deeply concentrating on one thought which may have given the spirit the extra boost; they can feed/strengthen off of our energy.

I try and stay away from the Séance scene myself. {eekk} They can be risky. Your father knew this, and that is why you guys were warned. If you were practicing this technique while not grounded and protected, anything could have come in.

Spirits, especially of the lower vibrational levels, tend to play with us as much as we “ask” them to. They will tell you what you want to hear, and at times they will do what you ask of them, but in the end what does this prove. Once a spirit is invited in, it is not always that easy to ask them to leave; glad you stopped.

I disagree about spirits ability to move things being uncommon. I purchased a house with one owner who did not pass away in the house or of any violence. By all accounts a good man who passed away with his life resolved.

But I and my fiancee and even my dogs have experienced things I can’t otherwise explain. My bedroom door opening nearly a foot and then shutting. Not a big deal if it didn’t have to be forcibly dragged across the carpet.

My Chihuahua was in bed with me and woke up growling when it happened so I knew it wasn’t just me experiencing it.

Other instances of hearing someone walk across the kitchen floor while no one else was in the house. This was heard while I was in the basement folding laundry and my fiancee experienced it while in the adjacent living room.

My Chihuhua walking upright on his back legs following someone into another room as if being offered a treat and nobody else was in the house.

I have felt the presence of someone getting into my bed and instinctively I reached for my dogs finding them sleeping on the other side of the bed, not moving about. This has happened a few times.

The scariest episode besides those instances was having pocket change flung across the room. I had about three dollars in change laying on top of my bedroom clothing chest. The change didn’t just fall off and roll it was flung across the room smacking hard against the wall four feet away.

I was convinced that it had to be thrown in from outside the room and jumped out of bed fully believing someone physically was in my house. I eventually laid back down with the covers pulle up to my nose just my eyes peering out in complete paranoia, like a scared child.

Most instances have happened right at bed time, others such as the walking across the kitchen floor that made very distinctive noises of walking were in the day time as well as my dog walking on his hind legs.

One fact I did find out from the eighty five year old neighbor was that there is an Indian (Native American) burial mound in the woods directly behind my house.

The city in which I live purchased the wooded property and farmland years ago. I walk the trail thru those woods all the time, but have never disturbed any mounds. I was told that a neighbor youth had done so and removed bone fragments for keepsake. That is my only reasonable explanation is the burial ground being so close to the property.

Like to hear your thoughts. Other incidents are pretty common and I try to ignore most out of anxiety of accepting its reality.

Have you ever wondered how you could help those who are less fortunate than you?
