Speaking of Memories
“Is it possible to be a kid again? Didn’t the world seem like an endless dream where anything was possible. The mind was able to create worlds that no adults could see. We were safe, for the most part, and uninhibited; our souls were free.”
“I could dance in the wind and pretend that we were on a ship, sailing the open seas. I could build a mansion underneath the porch for my baby when I played house. I could even imagine a friend that no one else could see; but I knew they were there!”

This is what I am talking about. The free spirited childhood. I had so much fun when I was a child. We used our imaginations. We played outside. It is different now a days.

Yes, to be able to have the spirit of a child is the way to be! For then we are in touch with our true self.

Gosh it was so fun! I loved playing with my baby dolls. They were so special. I treated them like they were real. I wouldn’t let anyone hold them. I was afraid they might drop them.

Gosh Mark, nothing can be more true. The pure essence, fundamental nature, in its’ true state. (a child) Hmmmmm. We don’t have to be an adult all the time, alot of us forget about the inner child.
Thanks for your thoughts, they are always appreciated!

Cheri, I use to pray to God that he would make my Cabbage Patch Kids come alive. I loved them so much. Lol I am glad they didn’t or they may have turned out to be like ”Chucky’s Bride”
… No Thanks!
What a life huh!

I think if we hold the child that is in all of us close by, we would all have that much more of a better life. The child with in keeps us youthful, vital, creative, and imaginative.
