“Dinner is over, the mess hall is closed!” {SLAM}

  • We do not take into consideration that the man who was knocking at the door in hopes of no more than a biscuit, is someone’s dad or grandfather; that he served most of his life helping people who were less fortunate. And now, in his time of need, the door is literally being slammed in his face.
